Montrose's Chef Claudia Peck
Chef Claudia Peck graduated with Honors from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale's Culinary Arts Program. She then worked many years for the Hilton Hotel Corporation before coming to Mustard Seed Market & Café. Although classically French trained, she has turned her culinary flare to lighter, more health conscious, cuisine. She especially enjoys working with the top class, clean and organic products that are plentiful at our store. "It's a wonderful treat to be able to shop for the fresh and unusual items that we sell and in turn use them for creating different specials for our menu." She with the help of her Sous Chef Derek strive to keep the new ideas coming for the eating pleasure and enjoyment of all who visit our restaurant.
