Solon’s Own Chef Keith Jones
Chef Keith had been with the Montrose Mustard Seed for over 6 years, and during that time he has been the mastermind behind such events as our Clam Bake, Mardi Gras, and Breakfast with Santa. Now, he's moved to our Solon Location! He applies his creative talents our spectacular wine tastings. He believes “that meat is just a flavoring and non-meat items are just as fulfilling and sometimes better.” One of his favorite dishes is from South Africa and called Cape Town Fruit & Vegetables, a sweet and mild spice dish served over rice. He enjoys the “non-stop, constant learning experience” that is his job, including the challenge of understanding the needs of our customers with food allergies and the affects of certain ingredients. Chef Keith intends to continue to learn as much as possible, and to instill this understanding with his children and theirs...
