2008 Earth Day
Seedling Giveaway
Mustard Seed Market will be celebrating their 27th Birthday and Earth Day with free food samples, and live music. The event will take place on Saturday, April 19 from Noon to 4:00 p.m.
The annual Earth Day free tree seedling giveaway will also be included in the celebration. Over the past thirteen years, Mustard Seed has given away over 410,000 seedlings and over 30,000 more will be added to the total this year. The giveaway will take place starting at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20.
The seedlings will be given out to customers on a first come, first serve basis with a limit of 25 trees per household. Seedling varieties available will include Common Lilac, Flowering Dogwood, Redbud, White Pine, White Cedar, Sugar Maple, and Austrian Pine.
Mustard Seed’s Montrose store is located at 3885 West Market Street in West Market Plaza. Store hours are Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
The Solon store is at 6025 Kruse Drive in Uptown Solon Shopping Center. Store hours are Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
