Featuring stunning footage of medicinal plants and thought-provoking interviews with herbalists, doctors, activists, and many others. “ “The film explores what we're doing to the earth and how that is reflected in our bodies. It explores ways to heal this relationship - plant medicine is one way, food is another, lifestyle choices are yet another that is all explored in the film.” The film ,also, provides an impassionate argument to the importance of plants as medicine, and stresses our need for a renewed connection with nature. It also shows the spiritual side of the connection we humans have with nature, and offers compelling reasons for reestablishing this bond, for our personal health as well as for the health of the world around us. Explore the issues of ecological medicine; community based medicine; business of herbalism; spirit & nature & healing.
