Does it cost anything to join the rewards program?
No. The Mustard Seed Rewards program is completely free to join.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up online or download (after launch). If you have trouble signing up, please ask a Mustard Seed team member to get you started.
I’m already a member. What do I need to do?
You don’t need to do anything extra, just give the cashier your phone number at checkout to access your rewards and discounts. If you would like to review your receipts, weekly and monthly ads, and clip coupons, you will need to sign in online or download the mobile app and create a password.
What kinds of rewards can I earn?
Members enjoy welcome perks, birthday treats, food rewards, personalized offers, surprise gifts, and monthly giveaways. Rewards and offers may vary and are often exclusive to Mustard Seed shoppers.
How do I earn and redeem rewards at checkout?
Simply give the cashier your phone number before completing your purchase. That’s how rewards, credits, and offers are added automatically.
What if I forget to give my phone number at checkout?
Rewards and offers must be applied at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, we’re not able to add rewards or discounts after the transaction is complete.
Do rewards ever expire?
Some rewards and offers may have expiration dates. Be sure to check the details in your account or reward notification.
How do I earn food rewards like the free sandwich?
Buy five sandwiches within a single month and your sixth sandwich is free. Just make sure you’re signed in each time you purchase.
How do I get the profile completion bonus?
Complete your member profile and we’ll automatically add a $5 credit to your rewards wallet. OR build campaign
