RTIC Soft Cooler Giveaway – Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. Sponsor

The RTIC Soft Cooler Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Mustard Seed Market & Café (“Sponsor”). 

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 4 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on March 31 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). 

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. 

4. How to Enter

In-Store Entry (with purchase): 
During the Promotion Period, customers may enter by: 

1. Signing into their Mustard Seed Rewards account at checkout; and 

1. Purchasing any Epic product at either the Montrose or Highland Square location. 

Each qualifying transaction counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted with separate qualifying transactions. 

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): 
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and preferred store location (Montrose or Highland Square) on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

AMOE entries must be postmarked by March 31 and received by April 7 to be eligible. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person. 

All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning. 

5. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded: 
• One (1) RTIC Soft Cooler to one winner at the Montrose location 
• One (1) RTIC Soft Cooler to one winner at the Highland Square location 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $159 (actual value may vary). No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) winners (one per location) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each respective store. Winners will be selected on or before April 15. 

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, declines the prize, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected. 

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each store location. 

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. 

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. 

10. Winner List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
