Q: What is Friends of the Seed?

A: Friends of the Seed is our new loyalty program! When you join you will receive notifications of special deals and savings on your groceries.

Q: Do I have to be a member to receive Mustard Seed sale prices?

A: No. All normal sale items will be available to all of our guests! By joining you will add more deals to your shopping experience.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: There are a couple different ways to sign up:

  • Sign up online using your mobile phone or desktop by visiting mustardseedmarket.com and clicking on “Savings”
  • In-lane using our tablets. If you choose this option, you will be prompted to fill out a form to complete your sign-up on our website. It’s easy!

Q: How do I participate?

A: To participate, all you need to do is sign up! You will receive text and email notifications automatically about our deals. Just enter your phone number in the checkout lane to redeem your perks.

Q: Does it cost to join?

A: No. It is free to join.

Q: Is Friends of the Seed a points based program?

A: No. This program is not points based.


Q: Will you share my information?

A: No. We do not share your information with any third parties.

Q: How can I opt out?

A: If you would like to opt out of our loyalty program, please call one of our customer service departments.

Q: Does this work in the Cafes?

A: Currently this program is not valid in our Cafes. However, be on the lookout for coupons and offers that work in our Cafes separate from Friends of the Seed!

Q: Do I need to carry a card around?

A: No. This is a no-fuss program. You simply just need to enter your phone number at checkout to redeem your coupons and deals.

Q: What happens if my telephone number changes?

A: We can change phone numbers If your telephone number changes, please contact one of our customer service departments.
